Find a Property

Tenants can search for available properties on the website or submit a request directly to us to find a suitable property for you.

Qualifying

We want the best suited tenant for a property to ensure the property is looked after and is suitable for your needs. After you fill in a tenancy application we will undertake:

  • Credit checks
  • Employment verification
  • Identification checks
  • Past landlord checks

Terms

  • We ask for the maximum permitted bond of 4 weeks and 1 weeks rent in advance and a letting fee of of 1 weeks rent +GST.  The Bond is forwarded to and held by Department of Building and Housing, with the one week rent in advance starting from the commencement of the tenancy covering the first 7 days to the next due rent payment.
  • You sign the property inspection report and agree to the property's condition prior to signing a Tenancy Agreement.
  • The tenant agrees to quarterly property inspection. The time will be organised with the tenant and a report given to you as well as to the tenant. 
  • We suggest that you obtain insurance guarding you against accidental damage by fire. (some tenants have been sued by the owners insurance company if negligence has been proven on the tenants part)
