The first property inspection is one month after the signing of the Tenancy Agreement, then every 4 months after that.

The Property Inspection Report signed at the time the Tenancy Agreement was signed is the base for all other inspections. 

The final inspection will be undertaken once you have vacated the tenancy. If all is good and the property is in clean and tidy condition you will sign the Bond Refund Form (or Transfer Form) and it will be sent to the Department of Building and Housing.
