About rental income

  • Our tenants pay their rent by way of direct credit or internet banking and their transaction is checked immediately after due date.
  • We have zero tolerance for late rental payments and ensure decisive and immediate action both verbally and in writing with the tenant regarding any default or late payment.
  • All rents will be paid directly into the “QUESNEL PROPERTY MANAGERS LIMITED TRUST ACCOUNT”, from which all expenses, disbursements and your rental income are paid from. You will receive a monthly statement showing all rents paid into our trust account along with any expenses, disbursements and the amount credited to your nominated account. These monies will be paid into your nominated account within 5 working days of our monthly close-off date.
  • We can organize rental insurance for you if required such as insurance to cover, property damage (both malicious and accidental); loss of rent and chattel protection. (You need to have the buildings fully insured over the management period and you need to have made your insurance company aware that the property is to be rented.)
