• We have minimum service standards and believe in and implement a 'Code of Practice' under which Quesnel Property Managers and their staff abide by.
• We seek the best suited tenant for your property. Our screening of prospective tenants is through and structured with all referees contacted credit checking and the tenants past history investigated.
• If you live locally or overseas, you will receive the same service and communication from your property manager. Peace of mind assured.
• You have two main options... Full management your property at a fair rate or we will just find you the right tenant, screen them do the checks, and then pass them back to you to manage.

Best practice and reporting

• All rents received go into our trust account and at the end of each month you get an itemized statement of rent monies received less our fee and any disbursements.
• You receive your yearend summary of accounts for your property covering all rents received, fees, maintenance etc, ready for your accountant.
• We are on call 24/7 in the event of any emergency that your property may be subject to.
• We do quarterly property inspections with reports to the owner and to the tenant.
• We will if need be prepare and appear for any Mediation and Tenancy Tribunal matters.
