We also have been in rental situations ourselves while undertaking various building projects; we also understand what is important from the tenants prospective.

Superior service starts with putting in the time into getting the best tenant and not the first one that comes along.

But firstly, you the owner must have a property that a great tenant wants to rent, wants to look after, and wants to stay there.

This means that your property needs to be up to scratch, be well maintained, ideally have good heating and well insulated.

One of the main reasons a tenant leaves their rental property is due to it being cold, damp and adversely affecting their health, usually because there is no heating, badly insulated and the landlord never does any work that is needed on the property.

Our philosophy is... if you would not live in that property why then would you expect a tenant to.

Property Maintenance

We manage clean, well maintained properties that attract a great & caring tenant. We will organize the work needed to get the property up to standard. We ensure your investment remains up to standard by keeping on top of maintenance issues as they arise.

We can project manage all maintenance, from a blown hot water cylinder to refurbishment. Yan Quesnel has 20 yrs building experience in mainly residential housing from new builds, alterations to additions. This means we only have experienced and qualified trades people quote and undertake all our work.

The great majority of our managements come to us from word of mouth from current owners, their friends and families. Some of these owners have been with other management companies and now just want to experience a fresh approach.
